§ 533.12 PANDERING OBSCENITY.

(Editor’s note: Former § 533.12 which was derived from Ohio R.C. 2907.32 has been removed from the codified ordinances. By Am. Sub. Senate Bill 2, effective July 1, 1996, a violation of Ohio R.C. 2907.32 has been reclassified as a felony offense. Therefore each charge for pandering obscenity should now be filed under Ohio R.C. 2907.32.)
