§ 527.03 DEPOSIT OF LITTER IN RECEPTACLES SO AS TO PREVENT SCATTERING.

Persons depositing litter in public or private receptacles shall do so in such a manner as to prevent it from being carried or deposited by the elements upon any street, tree lawn, sidewalk or other public or private property. If a receptacle is filled to capacity, such litter shall be properly disposed of elsewhere.
