Minutes shall be taken for all meetings of Council, its committees and all other boards, commissions, committees and other decision-making bodies of the city and shall be filed with the Clerk of Council after approval. The minutes shall reflect the business, if any, conducted except with respect to executive sessions where the minutes shall reflect only the general subject discussed.
