§ 103.04  PERSONAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS; FEE.
   Upon application and payment of an annual fee of $50 to the Clerk of Council, the Clerk shall mail a copy of all the agenda or meeting notices of Council, Council committees and all other boards, commissions, committees and other decision-making bodies of the city, by regular mail within 24 hours of receipt thereof by the Clerk, and any person may so apply.
