§ 521.04 OBSTRUCTING WATERCOURSES.

(a) No person, being the owner or occupant of any property, whether improved or unimproved, occupied or vacant, shall obstruct any public sewer, culvert or watercourse upon such property or adjacent thereto.

(b) No person shall unlawfully obstruct, impede, divert, corrupt or render unwholesome or impure any natural watercourse.
