§ 509.99 PENALTY.

The penalty for a violation of any provision of Chapter 509 shall be the same as provided in the general penalty in § 501.99, except that whoever violates any provision of § 509.10 shall be fined not less than $100 and shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than three days for each such violation.
