“Smoking Permitted” and “No Smoking” signs shall be conspicuously posted in every room, building or other place where smoking is controlled by this chapter, by the owner, manager or other person having control of such room, building or place. Any area designated in § 507.06, in which there is not provided a nonsmoking area, shall have posted therein a sign stating this fact in a conspicuous place at its entrance.
