(a) No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within a business district.
(b) Motorcycles shall be operated upon the streets and roadways and shall not be operated upon sidewalks or in public parks or other public property.
(c) No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk where signs have been erected by authority of the Chief of Police or Traffic Engineer prohibiting such bicycle riding.
