Hawley Park parking lot shall be subject to the following specific rules and regulations regarding its operation.
(a) There shall be in this parking lot not more than 30 permit parking spaces and 81 parking meters.
(b) The maximum number of hours of metered parking shall be six hours.
(c) The cost of metered parking shall be $0.10 for 60 minutes, $0.20 for 120 minutes, $0.25 for 150 minutes and $0.60 for six hours. No coin except nickels, dimes and quarters shall be used in these meters.
(d) The period of enforcement shall be 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
