§ 353.07 CONTROL OF PARKING METERS AND MONEYS.

The Director of Finance shall have charge of collecting and accounting for the moneys deposited in parking meters. The Chief of Police shall be responsible for the regulation, control, operation, maintenance and use of parking meters.
