The Police Department may authorize the erection of appropriate signs upon streets or parts of streets which are about to be cleaned of dirt, rubbish or snow by the Service Division. When signs have been posted, no person shall park a vehicle during the time when such street or part of a street is so posted prohibiting parking thereon.
