The fine for committing a parking infraction is hereby established to be $20, except that the fine for a rush hour parking infraction shall be $25, the fine for violation of § 351.04(f) restricting parking in handicapped parking locations shall be $250, and the fine for violation of § 351.16 restricting parking during snow emergencies shall be $25.
