§ 350.02  CIVIL LIABILITY FOR PARKING INFRACTIONS; ARREST PROHIBITED.
   (a)   The commission of a parking infraction shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose.
   (b)   A person who commits a parking infraction shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation.
   (c)   Parking infractions shall be handled by the County Juvenile Court or the Parking Violations Bureau pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4521 and this chapter.
