§ 305.01 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.

The Police Department shall enforce the provisions of this Traffic Code. The Chief of Police shall assign such officers and members of the Police Department as he or she may determine necessary, who shall be charged with the specific duty of enforcing the provisions of this Traffic Code.
