§ 191.0706.06  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONSTRUCTION includes any construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, remodeling, improvement, enlargement, alteration, repair, painting, decorating or landscaping.
