§ 191.0302 ADMINISTRATOR.

   ADMINISTRATOR. The Director of Finance or his or her authorized representative, the Deputy Tax Administrator. These shall administer and enforce the provisions of the city income tax. The Deputy Tax Administrator shall be in charge of the tax division, but shall serve under the authority, control and supervision of the Director of Finance, or Administrator, who shall be finally accountable to Council.
