The city’s Citizens Advisory Committee shall be advisory to Council, the city’s Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. It is suggested that the Committee concern itself with such broad areas as health and social services, municipal services, physical development and redevelopment, commerce and industry, human relations, recreation and improved communication between citizens and local government. In addition to these areas, Council may, from time to time, suggest other areas for study.
