(a) Sections and divisions of this chapter and the several parts and provisions thereof are hereby declared to be independent sections, divisions, parts and provisions and the holding of any such section, division, part or provision thereof to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any cause shall not affect nor render invalid any other such section, division, part or provision thereof.
(b) The Building Code, the Housing Code, the Sanitary Code and all other codes or ordinances of the city prescribing standards for the construction, operation, occupancy or maintenance of buildings or property, including all amendments thereto, are hereby specifically incorporated into this chapter as if their provisions were written at length herein and the provisions or standards of such codes or ordinances are applicable to this chapter.
