§ 1337.03  FEES.
   (a)   The fee for a certificate of use, occupancy and inspection which shall accompany the application for a certificate of use, occupancy and inspection shall be as follows:
      (1)   For single-family dwelling containing one unit, the fee shall be $150, and for each additional unit: $50. (Example: two-family dwelling $200).
      (2)   For all multiple dwelling structures containing four to 15 dwelling units, there shall be a base fee of $150 per building and $50 multiplied by the number of dwelling units in the building.
      (3)   For all multiple dwelling structures containing 16 or more dwelling units, the fee shall be $300 per building and $50 for each dwelling unit thereafter, but not to exceed the sum of $3,000 for any one dwelling structure/building.
      (4)   For all structures containing business units, the fee shall be $200,000 multiplied by the number of business units in the structure.
      (5)   For all structures containing business units over 3,000 square feet, the fee shall be $500 for each such business unit over 3,000 square feet. The fee for those units therein less than 3,000 square feet shall be $200 per such unit.
      (6)   For all structures containing both dwelling units and business units, the fee shall be $50 multiplied by the number of dwelling units, plus $200 multiplied by the number of business units.
   (b)   The fees enumerated above shall be reimposed after the expiration of the original certificate of use, occupancy and inspection.
   (c)   There shall be an additional fee of $25 for each reinspection after the first two inspections within the six-month period that the certificate is valid.
