§ 1319.99 PENALTY.

Any person or persons, agent or officer of a corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $1,000 for each offense, or imprisoned not more than 90 days for each offense, or both. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
