§ 129.01 DUTIES OF POLICE DEPARTMENT.

The Police Department shall preserve the peace, protect persons and property and enforce all ordinances of Council and all criminal laws of the state and the United States and shall perform such other duties as are designated from time to time by the Police Chief or the Mayor.
