There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing minimum regulations governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures to ensure that they are safe, sanitary and fit for human occupation, that certain code known as the International Property Maintenance Code, 2000 edition, recommended by Building Officials and Code Administrators International Inc. The Building Inspector has copies on file for review or purchase by the public.
