(a) The Residential Code of the state, as promulgated by the state’s Board of Building Standards in Chapter 4101:8 of the Ohio Administrative Code, shall apply and be enforced within the limits of the city pursuant to any and all modifications or alterations set forth in the Residential Code of the state.
(b) A copy of the Residential Code of the state adopted herein shall be maintained on file with the Building Department. Information about where to purchase copies will be made available to any interested parties.
