§ 127.07  PAYMENT OF UNUSED SICK LEAVE FOR NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES.
   For all non-bargaining unit employees, upon their retirement to the (public employees retirement system or other disability or retirement) of a full-time employee, such employee shall be entitled to receive a cash payment equal to his or her hourly rate of the accumulated, unused sick leave hours up to a maximum of 240 hours. Under no circumstances shall the city pay accrued sick leave to any employee who has otherwise resigned or is removed from employment.
