(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
(b) (1) Whoever violates any provision of § 939.29(b) shall be fined $1,000 and shall be imprisoned for six months.
(2) Whoever violates any provision of § 939.29(c) shall be fined not less than $500 and not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
(3) Notwithstanding any other provision of these codified ordinances, no part of a penalty imposed under this section shall in any case be suspended or otherwise reduced.
