§ 931.13 BOATING AT FOREST HILL PARK.

A person may, with a permit from the Mayor and with appropriate insurance and appropriate safeguards, operate a row boat, canoe or raft and no other type of watercraft in, on or upon the lake at Forest Hill Park.
