§ 931.12  FIRES; DISCARDING LIGHTED CIGARETTES AND MATCHES.
   No person shall kindle, build, maintain or use a fire except in fireplaces provided for the purpose or under special permit. Any such fire shall be continuously under the care and direction of a competent person over 21 years of age from the time it is kindled until it is extinguished, and no fire shall be built within ten feet of any tree or building, or beneath the branches of any trees or in any underbrush. No person shall throw away or discard any lighted match, cigar or cigarette within, on or against any building, structure, boat, car, vehicle or enclosure or under any tree or in underbrush or grass, unless it be to deposit the same in a suitable container provided for the reception thereof.
