For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SANITARY SEWAGE.
The waste of water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers, household laundries, cellar floor drains, garage floor drains, bars, soda fountains, cuspidors, refrigerator drips, drinking fountains and stable floor drains and any other liquid waste resulting from any private, commercial, industrial or manufacturing operation or process.
