§ 905.02 FEES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Persons desiring to cut curbing shall make application to the City Engineer and shall deposit a fee of $1 plus an additional charge of $1 per lineal foot or fraction thereof of concrete or gray sandstone curbing to be cut, or $2 per lineal foot or fraction thereof of medina sandstone or granite curbing to be cut.
