§ 745.01  REGISTRATION WITH POLICE; STATE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   A private investigator, as defined by Ohio R.C. 4749.01, before commencing the business of private investigation in the city, shall exhibit to the Chief of Police of the city, or his or her representative, a license duly issued by the state for that purpose, and shall register with the Chief of Police indicating his or her place of business. If a licensee moves his or her office, he or she shall in writing notify the Chief of Police within 48 hours of the change of address.
