§ 729.15 CHAPTER PURPOSE; VIOLATIONS A NUISANCE.

This chapter is hereby declared to be a public measure which has for its purpose and objective the protection and enjoyment of owners and occupants of private residential dwellings, and any violation of its terms is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
