The Mayor may at any time revoke the license of any person who fails or refuses to comply with the terms of, or violates any provision of, this chapter or who is guilty of any misconduct, fraud, cheating or misrepresentation in his or her application for a license, or who, in the conduct of his or her business as a solicitor, is found guilty of violating, or fails or refuses to comply with, any regulation or ordinance of the city or of any state law.
