(a) Each home shall have an outdoor play space which is safe, free from hazards, located away from traffic and is available on the premises or is easily and safely accessible to the home.
(b) The outdoor play space shall provide at least 60 square feet of usable space per child for the maximum number of children using the play space at one time.
(c) The outdoor play space shall be located away from traffic or other hazards or protected by a fence, hedge or other natural barrier approved by the city.
(d) Outdoor play space shall be free from hazards such as, but not limited to, standing water, open drainage ditches, broken glass, tools and construction materials, garbage, flammable materials and other debris.
(e) The provider shall arrange for supervised outdoor play each day in suitable weather.
