(a) The provider’s home shall have at least 35 square feet of wall-to-wall floor space for every child on the premises.
(b) Floor space in bathrooms, hallways, laundry rooms, furnace rooms, storage areas or any other areas not available for the care of children shall not be included in this measurement.
