(a) Every individual desiring to operate a Type B family day-care home shall register with the city.
(b) An individual may submit an application to the Building Inspector or his or her agent or by a city agent assigned by the Mayor to issue and receive applications and to act upon processing same in compliance with law.
(c) Upon filing, the applicant shall agree to cooperate with the city’s agent and comply with minimum health and safety standards.
