§ 717.10  RECORDS.
   In addition to keeping all records required by other sections of this chapter, all day-care facilities shall keep as a record at such facility, and shall furnish to the city upon request, a roster of the names and addresses of all personnel working at such day-care facility, together with the names, addresses and birth dates of all children presently enrolled in a center or home.
