§ 121.04 CREATION OF ADDITIONAL DEPARTMENTS.

In addition to the five administrative departments created by the Charter, there shall be a Department of Community Development, a Department of Parks and Recreation, a Department of Human Resources, a Department of Police, a Department of Fire, and such other departments and divisions as may be established by legislation of Council.
