§ 121.03 COMPENSATION AND BONDS.

Salaries or compensation and the amount of bonds for the officers and employees herein listed shall be fixed by Council or, in the case of employees of the Municipal Court, as provided by state law. The premium for any bond required for an employee shall be paid by the city.
