Each internet café location shall have on duty licensed security officer(s) when open for business. Such security officer shall regulate traffic within the off street parking facilities; shall prevent disorderly conduct, rowdyism and noise or disturbances to others; shall immediately notify the city’s Police Department of any unlawful activity; and shall prevent such location from becoming overcrowded in violation of fire regulations.
