Every permittee, operator of a game room under this chapter, or other proprietorship, or person having any miniature game or device used is hereby required to regulate the sound of such device or machine or patrons using same in his or her establishment so that it will not be audible for a distance of more than ten feet from the exterior limits of such establishments.
