§ 709.26 PROHIBITED USES.

No person shall play or use any mechanical device or game room for any obscene purposes. No person shall use or permit to be used or maintained any mechanical device or game room in such manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, or become a nuisance or hazard.
