§ 709.12  FEE REQUIREMENT; PERMANENT, TEMPORARY OR ITINERANT OPERATION.
   The fee and licensing requirements of this chapter shall apply to every person irrespective of whether the games or game room are a permanent, temporary or itinerant operation.
