(a) Any person injured by any act in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall have a civil cause of action in Municipal Court.
(b) A civil cause of action under this section shall be filed in a municipal court within 180 days after the alleged discriminatory practice ceases or within 30 days of a final order by the Commission under § 558.13. Any such action shall supersede any complaint or hearing before the Commission concerning the same alleged violations, and any such administrative action shall be closed upon such filing.
