After the decision of any question, any Council member who voted with the majority may move a reconsideration of any action at the same or the next succeeding meeting. A motion to reconsider shall require a majority vote of all the Council members. After a motion for reconsideration has once been acted upon, no other motion for a reconsideration thereof shall be made without unanimous consent of the members present.
