§ 32.111 CLERK OF DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is created the position of Clerk of the Department of Health. The Clerk shall be appointed by the City Health Officer, subject to confirmation by the Board.
   (B)   The Clerk shall prepare the clerical work of the Board of Health and shall perform other duties which may be assigned by the City Health Officer.
