§ 32.095 DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, GENERALLY.
   The Department of Parks and Recreation shall have powers, duties, and responsibilities as set forth by the I.C. 36-10-3 et seq., and any resolutions adopted by the Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners.
