§ 32.094 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
   (A)   The Department shall have power and authority as authorized by the applicable statutes of state.
   (B)   The Department shall provide public transportation services for the citizens of the city and is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with other municipal corporations and/or governmental or quasi-governmental agencies to provide services.
   (C)   The Department is also authorized to apply for and receive state and federal assistance, subject to authorization by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
