§ 114.082 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to place, erect, paint, paste, print, stamp, raise, use, or display a sign in any place in the city where it is prohibited.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to permit any sign or cause it to be placed any place in the city until the permit fees required by this chapter have been paid.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any sign erector to place any sign containing pictures, illustrations, or words of an obscene or immoral character.
