§ 32.074 HOUSING AUTHORITY.
   The Housing Authority shall have powers and duties as authorized by applicable state and federal statutes and the applicable ordinances adopted by the Common Council and resolutions, policies, and actions of the Board of Directors of the City Housing Authority.
