§ 32.073 DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT.
   The Department of Redevelopment shall have duties, responsibilities, and authority prescribed by applicable state and federal statutes and the applicable ordinances adopted by the Common Council and resolutions, policies, and actions of the Board of Redevelopment Commissioners.
